Personally Identifiable Information collected on our website includes name, email, phone number, and personal message, should you choose to submit them to us. We are the sole owners of the Personally Identifiable Information we collect on this site. We will use your Personally Identifiable Information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Data Retention for Website Visitors
We retain the Personally Identifiable Information submitted by a website visitor indefinitely, unless we receive a request to delete it.
We take precautions to protect your information. Our website has an SSL Certificate installed along with constant monitoring for malware and regular WordPress installation updates from www.getflywheel.com. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Credit Card information is collected through a third-party payment processor, Stripe. That information is encrypted and transmitted to Stripe in a secure way. You can verify your encrypted connection to Stripe by looking for a lock icon in the URL address bar and/or looking for “https” at the beginning of the URL address of our website payment page. We never collect nor have access to this information. It is not stored on our servers.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to Personally Identifiable Information. The computers/servers in which we store Personally Identifiable Information are kept in a secure environment.
